General Manager - Corrugated Box Manufacturing Facility
Lake Geneva, WI | $200,000-$290,000 | Full Relocation | Direct Hire
Full P&L and performance responsibility for a corrugated box packaging manufacturing facility in Wisconsin.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Must have box/cardboard CONVERSION experience with corrugator machine background. Sheet plant or pulp plant experience alone does not qualify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive plant profitability; ensure safety and quality requirements are met
- Develop and implement business plans aligned with company strategy
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives tied to strategic business direction
- Build commercial/sales partnerships and maintain key account relationships
- Oversee facility production to achieve optimum efficiency across short and long-term objectives
Background Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (highly preferred)
- 5+ years progressive management experience, 3+ years in industry segment management role
- Operational oversight including budget and financial management
- Project management background with proven KPI success (production efficiencies, overhead management, output profitability, safety/reliability)
- Paper-to-box conversion background required
