Base Salary: $195K–$245K + Generous Incentive

A design-forward, F&B-driven boutique hotel in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a General Manager from a top-tier lifestyle or independent hotel platform.

This is a highly selective search. The client is targeting operators who have already led recognizable lifestyle assets and are comfortable operating at a high level across ownership, brand, and on-property execution.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, lead a strong F&B program, and represent the property externally, while also engaging directly with ownership on strategy and performance.

What We're Looking For:

Current or recent General Manager of a recognized lifestyle, boutique, or independent hotel
Experience in F&B-driven properties where restaurants and bars are core to the business
Demonstrated ownership of full P&L with consistent performance delivery
Comfortable operating in ownership-facing environments with executive-level communication
Track record of building strong teams and maintaining culture in high-expectation environments
Multi-property or complex asset experience is a plus
