ROLE DESCRIPTION
Baxters North America (www.baxtersna.com), headquartered in Blue Ash, OH, is seeking a Plant Manager for their food production facility in Cincinnati. This is a traditional manufacturing leadership role requiring 5 days/week onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full P&L ownership for the plant
- Lead production operations across food manufacturing lines
- Drive safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives
- Manage cross-functional plant teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management REQUIRED
- Master's/MBA preferred
- 3+ years average tenure per position (no job hoppers)
- Food manufacturing background is a home run; other manufacturing considered but harder sell
- Traditional/old school leadership style preferred
Compensation: $155,000 - $170,000 base + full benefits
Fee: 25% | Guarantee: 90 days replacement | Net 30 payment terms
