ROLE DESCRIPTION

RECRUITER NOTES: Target: Heavy highway PM with real ownership of DOT/road/bridge work. Must have: 10+ years, heavy civil/highway background, project management responsibility, cost/schedule/change-order exposure. Best fit: PM or Senior PM from NCDOT, heavy highway, bridge, roadway, grading, paving, or major civil contractor. Comp: $135K-$185K base. Strong PMs with $50M+ project history will expect upper half. Red flags: Vertical-only PM, residential/site-only, no DOT exposure.
