ROLE DESCRIPTION
RECRUITER NOTES: Professional Land Surveyor license in Delaware required. Other license to search for are LS, PLS, RLS.
Role: Survey PM / Office Manager overseeing multiple land surveying projects. Lead teams, primary BD contact, proposals, mentoring staff. Must have Delaware PLS/LS/RLS license. 3-5 yrs licensed, 10-20 yrs total land surveying. ESOP firm. NOTE: Requires Delaware state surveying license - very narrow candidate pool.
