ROLE DESCRIPTION

RECRUITER NOTES: General Contractor seeking Project Manager with Hospital, Healthcare, OSHPD/HCAI project experience in the Los Angeles area. 20% fee, 120 replacement guarantee, payment due net 60 from start date.

Role: Full lifecycle PM for complex healthcare/higher ed/civic projects. Schedule (Primavera P6), budget, safety, subcontractor mgmt, owner coordination. 5+ yrs commercial construction required. OSHPD/HCAI experience strongly preferred.
