ROLE DESCRIPTION

RECRUITER NOTES: Well established heavy civil contractor with multiple offices in SoCal, looking for Senior PM in Greater LA/Orange County. Experience with heavy civil and structural construction: bridges, retaining walls, foundations, reinforced concrete. Targeting 10+ yrs, open to 4-7 yrs. 20% fee, 90 day guarantee, net 30 from start date. ESOP company.

Role: Senior PM overseeing multiple heavy civil/structural projects. CPM scheduling, cost control, public contract code. Relocation assistance available.
