This role sits at the center of the business, connecting retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels through a unified marketing approach. As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance while building the structure, team, and systems needed to scale.

What You'll Be Doing

About You

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
7+ years of marketing experience in a B2C environment
Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and driving accountability
Strong digital marketing and analytical capabilities
